Using the service

You must have permission from the people shown and the rights needed to upload and transform both photos. Do not use the service for impersonation, deception, harassment, sexual exploitation or unlawful content. Do not upload photos of children for sexualized or abusive transformations.

Generated results

AI video results can vary in appearance, movement and likeness. The source sample demonstrates the intended motion; it is not a guarantee that your result will match it exactly. Check the finished video before sharing it and disclose synthetic content where required.

Generated videos must pass automated content moderation before delivery. A flagged or incomplete assessment prevents delivery. If the moderation service fails or its outcome is uncertain, the job requires review while its credit hold remains in place.

Credits and delivery

One credit covers one second of finished video. The current standard job uses a 15-credit hold. Credits are spent only after the result is persisted and available. A confirmed failed job releases its hold. An uncertain provider outcome can require manual review while the hold remains in place.

One-time packs are sold only when checkout is open. Subscription plans shown on the pricing page are display only and are not available for purchase. Download results within their retention window.

Support and service changes

We may pause new jobs to protect existing work or investigate errors. A pause does not promise cancellation of jobs already submitted to the provider. Billing questions and service issues can be sent to supper@hotellobbyvideo.org. See our refund policy.
