Information used to provide the service

We use your account identifier, email address and login session to keep your work private. When you choose to upload, we store your two reference photos, their person A / B assignments, and the settings needed for your video. Selecting photos in your browser alone does not upload them.

Generation and payments

Submitting a job sends the reference photos and video instructions to our video provider, Kie, which routes generation to Kling. We use Cloudflare to host the application and store private files. Waffo handles payment details; we retain order status and credit records, not your complete card details. These providers process data under their own terms and retention practices.

Video content moderation

Before delivering a generated video, we send SeeAPI a temporary access link to the private video for automated content moderation. SeeAPI checks sampled frames for NSFW and special-care content. We retain the moderation task status and verdict with the video job to handle delivery decisions and support requests. Videos that are flagged or do not receive a complete assessment are not delivered.

This assessment covers sampled frames and can produce false positives or miss content between samples. Passing the assessment does not guarantee that the entire video is safe. SeeAPI processes the video under its own terms and retention practices; deletion of our copy does not confirm deletion of provider-side copies.

Retention and deletion

Generated videos are scheduled for deletion 7 days after they become ready. Unused reference photos are scheduled for deletion 24 hours after upload. Submitted photos are scheduled for deletion 24 hours after processing finishes, and no later than 72 hours after upload. Deleting a video revokes its application download access. Provider-side copies follow the provider’s retention rules; deleting our copy does not confirm their deletion.

We retain account, order and credit audit records as needed for account service, resolving disputes and applicable recordkeeping duties. Contact support for account deletion or access requests. We review which records can be removed and explain any records that must be retained.

Your choices

Use only photos you have permission to process. Do not submit sensitive documents. You can delete generated videos from Your videos and contact supper@hotellobbyvideo.org for privacy requests.
